The residence offers 14 comfortable apartments with areas ranging from 30 to 70 m², adapted to various needs - from single to four-person apartments. Each of them is equipped with a kitchenette, a private bathroom and a balcony with a picturesque view of the Tatra Mountains. All apartments have free WiFi and flat-screen TVs, which ensures the convenience of our guests. Regardless of whether you are planning to visit Zakopane, go skiing or hiking in the Tatra Mountains, our apartments will be an excellent base and a place for complete relaxation after an active day.
Our apartments have been decorated with the greatest attention to comfort and convenience of relaxation, inspired by local tradition and regional folklore of Zakopane. The interior is full of wooden elements that create a cozy, highlander atmosphere - from furniture to decorative panels on the walls. I had the pleasure of spending a few days at Jan's Apartments and I am delighted! These are some of the best apartments in Zakopane that I have ever stayed in. The location is fantastic - close to both the center and mountain trails, and the view from the window is breathtaking. The apartments are spacious, clean and modern, fully equipped. I highly recommend it!

Thank you so much, it was wonderful! Despite the lack of snow, the weather was absolutely beautiful. The rooms and kitchenette equipment were very good, with comfortable beds, peace and quiet, and close proximity to Gubałówka and Krupówki. The sauna was great! We will definitely come back someday. ❤️ Zakopane is magical 🥰😘

I lived with a friend in an apartment for 4 people and we were very comfortable. Two bedrooms, each with a balcony and a view of the mountains, a fully equipped kitchenette. Modern interiors and lots of wood :) Clean and spacious. And it's nice that in the morning you can eat breakfast in the second building. I recommend .

We finished our 4 day trek in on the high Tatras in Zakapone. The hotel is within walking distance from the city center. The apartments are very big and well equipped, clean and comfortable. There is also a Sauna in the complex. Breakfast is superb with many kinds of local dishes cold meats and cheeses. The staff is very helpful and fluent in English.

The breafast was fantastic, the rooms are great and our favorit was the wellness. You have to book the time when you wanna to chill and nobody will disurb you and your team:) we loved IT! The willa is max 15mins walk from the centre but next to it is a restaurant with delicious foods. We realy loved it, I hope we will come back once:)
